This floor hinge, designed for old-fashioned kitchen doors, swings both ways. To install, remove the bottom corner of the door. The hinge will keep the door open at 90 degrees, but will close automatically when pushed past that point. The tension of the spring is adjustable for heavy or light doors, and the door's weight is supported by ball bearings for smooth operation.
