The ESW-70 is a 10 quart electric soup warmer designed to keep food at the ideal serving temperature for extended periods ideal for all day service in restaurants, cafes, cafeterias and more. An adjustable temperature knob allows this soup kettle to be set to a precise temperature to prevent overcooking. The lid features a hinged design that quickly folds out of the way allowing the lid to remain attached while serving eliminating drips. This electric soup warmer is commercial-grade and designed to for daily use. The included 18/8 stainless bain marie inner pot is dishwasher safe for quick cleaning. This soup warmer features a double wall design that stays cool to the touch, even during all day operation. ETL listed for electrical safety in U.S.A. and Canada, conforms to UL-197 and CSA C22.2.
